I've been a member of the Archway for several years and have been in many productions.
I've worked backstage on one or two productions. I work in the bar on most productions that I'm not in. In 2007, I played Dame in the pantomime "Alice in Pantoland". It was excellent, and worked with a great cast. I'm also on the Finance and Admin. Committee and hope I can do some good on that.
I'm also in a group where I work, at Brambles Respite Care, called B.A.T.S. There are 4 of us, myself and 3 girls, and we sing - everything from Rock, Country, Soul, slow stuff and fast songs. We released a C.D. last year called "Onwards and Upwards". We are due to record another album in June 2007. We have had 4 successful evenings at the Archway over the past 2 years, fund-raising for the Archway and also Brambles. I would like to be in many more productions at the Archway.
In my spare time, not that there is a lot, I like reading, music, the theatre, cooking, walking, painting and gardening. Joining the Archway Theatre is among one of the best things I've done. Be Happy.
