Gary joined the Archway in 2009 after meeting Eddie Redfern and Chris Butler and others 2 years ago at The Globe Theatre weekend.
Gary is a classically trained actor at London University in the early 1980s.
Early years were spent at National Youth Theatre; Eltham Little Theatre; Edward Alderton Theatre; Geoffrey Whitworth Theatre and the Minack. Gary has played rangine Under Milk Wood (First Voice); Murder in the Cathedral (Tempter, Knight); One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (Martini); A Streetcar Named Desire (Pablo Gonzales); The Devils (Grandier); A Day in the Death of Joe Egg (Freddie); The Tempest (Ariel); Hobson's Choice (Fred Beenstock); Arsenic And Old Lace (Mortimer Brewster); Filumenia (Riccardo) to name a few.
Most recently Gary has played the title role of Peer in Peer Gynt (900 lines
ouch!) at The Miller Centre, which then transferred to the Minack in Cornwall. Just finished killing Julius Caesar last month (Conspirator) not literally.
Gary was originally cast to play Giovanni in "Can't Pay Won't Pay". But instead ended up doing "Conjugal Rites" which was a gem of a play. He hopes you enjoyed he first outing.
