Chris Butler

Chris joined the Arch in 1964 and in that time has appeared in well over 100 productions and directed ove 30 plays.
He has acted in parts as diverse as Billy Liar (yes with his own hair!) to Abanaza, from Javert in Les Miserables to Scrooge in a musical Christmas Carol.
His favourite character has to be Fagin in the musical Oliver which he played in 2000, and favourite play - The Dresser, which he re-directed in 2006 after 25 years.
He is an ex-chairman of Barts Players and also the Archway Theatre Company.
