Hurrah! It's true, Panto is back at the Arch after our "dark" January last year (the first time in our 56 year history). We are back with a bang with a good old traditional Pantomime, “Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs”, the legendary story of the beautiful princess, Snow White, her wicked stepmother, the Queen, the handsome prince and of course her seven little friends, not forgetting a "naughty but nice” henchman, an idiot jester and of course a lovely fairy.
We have a cracking script by Peter Denyer, some well known songs, great choreography, all performed by a tremendous cast of Archway stalwarts and talented workshop youngsters, indeed a cast of thousands (well 38!!).
We know everyone loves a Panto - oh yes they do!! - so come on Nanny and Grandpa, Mum and Dad, Aunties and Uncles, grown ups and of course kids. Come and banish the gloom of post Christmas and grey January. Come ready to boo and hiss, cheer and shout, sing and dance (well perhaps not dance!!). And blast away the economic blues!
