Set in a hospital waiting room, where two young men, Nigel and Kevin, are taken following a car accident, this very funny black comedy by Frank Vickery is full of marvellous one-liners.
Ruby has long known her son is gay, but his homophobic
father Griff only finds out when his son performs a drag act at the local working men’s club. He reluctantly joins his wife at the hospital. Then the other set of parents arrive; prejudice, skeletons in the cupboard and humour abound in this modern bittersweet comedy.
