The Cemetery Club

Ida, Lucille and Doris are part of a club - the Cemetery Club. Every month they meet at Ida’s New York house for tea, and then it’s off to the cemetery to remember the good times (and sometimes the bad) and gossip with their late husbands. Sam meets the widows at the cemetery while visiting his late wife and changes their lives forever. This touchingly hilarious play, full of wit and pathos, will be brought to life by Margaret Morris, Trish Moram, Trish Richings (a new member whom I am sure you will be seeing a lot more of in future productions) and Jim Pluck, and I have managed to persuade Brenda Mills to take on a cameo role. Most of you will know Brenda from her vast backstage work – I hope this will be the first of many acting roles for Brenda. Please take time to come and see this gloriously witty play, as I know you will have a very entertaining evening.
