The Company's origins date back to 1939, although it was not until 1952 that performances were given here in the archways under the road to Horley railway station.
In 2002 we celebrated our 50th year under the Arch with a special Gala Night during the run of Cabaret.
Local dignitaries and high profile members of the community together with the Council of Management and long standing/honorary members were invited to celebrate with us.
The cake was jointly cut by Nancy Clermont, our oldest, still active, founder member of the Archway Theatre Club, and Hannah Redfern, the youngest member of the Archway Theatre Company.
